1. Find Your Joy
Have as much fun as you can! Repeat fun as often as possible! Remember this is a game and as such should be entertaining and pleasant. If you are not having fun, go do something else!


2. Find Your Strength with Integrity
Ask for help as you need it. Give help whenever you can. Respect that each player has his/her own individual goals they are trying to accomplish in game. We will all pitch in to assist each other, although we will not realistically be able to help everyone immediately upon their request for assistance. Please do not make others feel guilty if they do not do as you wish when you wish it.

Begging/borrowing coin and asking members to purchase items as a 'gift' for u is not appropriate . Any 7Dragons member found participating in this type of behavior will be reprimanded and their status within 7Dragons re-evaluated. If u strongly feel that ur situation warrants an exception to this, plz privately contact a faction officer to discuss ur issue.


3. Respect Defines Character
Most of us play this game to relax from real life. Please do not bring unnecessary negative drama from your real life (or from PW) to the faction chat. If u have an issue that u feel u must discuss, plz privately contact a faction officer to discuss ur issue.

We do not ask you to like or respect everyone that you meet in this game. Blacklists are handy just for that reason. However, hating over the faction chat is not acceptable. We respect u, so plz respect others.

Racial/Sexual/Religious slurs will not be tolerated in the faction chat. Please keep all discussions over the faction chat respectful. We do have fun in faction chat at times, but if something in a playful discussion bothers u plz let us know or privately contact a faction officer.

Please remember that your actions to the public reflect on all in the faction. Regardless of how people treat you, stooping to their level and retaliating with bad behavior has a negative impact on 7Dragons and all of its members. Please be mindful that you are a representative of 7Dragons at all times in all of your in-game interactions. Particularly, be mindful that we at 7Dragons do not sanction Kill-Stealing. Any 7Dragons member found participating in this type of behavior will be reprimanded and their status within 7Dragons re-evaluated.

Additionally, at 7Dragons, when doing an FB for a member, all drops of Molds and 3-Star items must be given to the tabber. Other drops in the FB, may go to the squad members, unless the tabber requests those as well. To increase the likelihood of quality Boss drops in the FB, the tabber must have the last hit on the boss. This means that all Venos will not use bramble guard in the FB. And that when the Boss is near death(say 5% left or so , and all party members will stop attacking, except the tabber, and that Venos and will stow (not recall) pets. Any 7Dragons member who refuses to adhere to this policy may be reprimanded and their status within 7Dragons re-evaluated.


4. Inspire by Leading
Participate in regular 'community' service. While you will not be called to account for what you have done, working to improve the average intelligence on our server by helping the new and/or inexperienced players you encounter benefits the entire server.


5. Build Strength in Unity
We are an active and close family-type faction. This means that we take an active interest in all our members. We also maintain a Rank System to reward and honor those who help faction members, and we regularly participate in Territory Wars. While PW is just a game, at 7Dragons we r friends who welcome new like-minded members equally. If you have friends or others you know wish who wish to join our family, please direct them to submit an application via the forum, for consideration. At present we are recruiting like-minded people lvl 30+, though exceptions can be made in many cases for skilled players lvl's 20-29. Additionally, this Values statement is available for them to peruse on the forum without having to register.

Any 7Dragons member who decides they would like to join another faction after joining 7Dragons will be expected to notify an officer of their reason for leaving. This helps avoid unneeded drama and confusion, when someone leaves with out a word. Thank you.


6. Resolve Conflict Through Peaceful Means
If you have any complaints concerning other 7Dragons members, first try to resolve the conflict directly with that person via private communication. If you can not resolve the issue with the person by private conversation please pm a Marshal or the Director via the forum with an explanation of the issue and they will act as mediators between the parties
involved.


7. Discipline Fosters Goodwill
Any member found violating the 7Dragons Values will be reprimanded and their status within 7Dragons re-evaluated. Please remember that we are trying to make the game and the faction fun and fair 4 all the members. This can be difficult with so many members, so we have carefully chosen our values to give the most benefit and fairness to everyone.
